Authority to Commence Construction
Another agonising wait. Bank has issued the Authority to Commence Construction today. This starts the 20 working day ordering period until works will start.

Contract Signed
After what seemed like an eternity from the CC being issued we have signed the contract today. After the CC was issued it sat with drafting for 2 weeks. Went straight to the bank and gave them everything so hopefully won't be too long now until the Authority to Commence Construction is issued.
