DA Approved

DA was approved right before Christmas. Allworth aren't back on deck until the 11th of January

DA Lodged

Plans were sent off to the council today. Apparently Newcastle City Council take quite a while for DAs so not holding out much hope for anything this year.

Land Purchased

Today is the day our land was purchased. I had to camp out at the sales office for 3 days for this block. All blocks in this release were sold on the purchase day and I think all but about 3 were from people camping out for it. It was great getting to know the future neighbours and sharing plans and getting ideas. The block is 561m2 17mx33m
